As it was my first time using the service I was a bit worried, but on the day I was assigned to my accommodation. When I told the staff that I had made a reservation to leave my luggage there and showed them the QR code from the app, the staff member checked the receipt on their smartphone and I was able to leave my luggage smoothly. The same went for picking it up. It was very convenient so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity!

Babet is exeptionally talented with opening his creative space to accomodate for all packages and faces. Babet accepted our belongings and made a haven for them nestled in his studio. Babet allowed us the preciousness of feeling at home with his gloriously delicious Badung coffee and lollie cake while our eyes took in all of his amazing works of art. His magic is in the blood line and legacy of his culture, Babet made sure we were in safe hands with Blue wings taxi driver Jon to arrive in time for our international flight. 500000000 stars Thanks to Babet

I left my luggage in the morning and picked it up at 8pm that day. It cost about $17 per day for the 3 pieces of luggage combined, and it was definitely more comfortable and safer than carrying it around. Haha, this is my first time using the Bounce app and I will use it again next time!!

We were eight people with eleven suitcases and the service was excellent. The shop assistant very friendly and attentive. Furthermore, he did us the great favor of keeping some motorcycles for us so that the owner could come pick them up because we were just in time for our next destination. thank you so much!

Bebet is a really cool and interesting guy. He's flexible and will even open the store after closing time if necessary. He always received us with hot tea and some cookies.

Easy drop off, and pickup! The location doesn’t properly show up in grab or maps for some reason though which makes it difficult for drivers to get to. Not a ding against the store though so still 5 stars.
