Lovely staff on reception. Feels very secure.

Fab storage just across the road from the station. Trickiest part was getting my suitcase up the stairs but the staff were good and the drop off was easy. The bathroom was also lovely. Highly recommended.

Very good service. We had a coffee and snack before settling out in their beautiful bar. Had a beer on return before crossing the road to the station. So user friendly!

Very helpful woman receptionist who besides taking luggage asked if I needed any information about the city and politely welcomed me back.

Was not asked upon checkout if they were our bags, and was not asked for any confirmation of ownership. Was later told we weren't checked out properly.

The staff were very snobby. How dare we leave the bags in thier hotel!

Tom was very efficient, professional and friendly.

The owners were lovely and all of our things were returned only issue we found was that they kept luggage in a room that was not locked (no door) and easy access to the public in the shop so we did find ourselves worrying even though our stuff was all returned to us in the end

The gentleman on reception at drop off was very unhelpful and bordering on rudeness. He made us feel like an unwelcome imposition. It was better on pick up
