Speed and kindness

I arrived and asked the guy at the store if I could leave my bags. He told me that I had to do everything through the app. I did, but I was very tired and I would have appreciated it if he had taken care of it because nowadays you have to manage everything yourself.

Store itself looks kind of dingy and baggage storage area didn’t look secure or neat.

Very nice and affordable solution if you want to have your hands free for a couple of hours. I highly recommend!

Good service, polite staff. Online directions a little confusing. Easiest way to find this place is to look for McDonalds fast food. They are a few doors up the street from McDonalds, on the same side of the street. (towards M &S)

Don’t use google map directions. It will lead you astray. Other then that it was quick service and convenient!

Shop isn’t in the mall!!!! That’s the online minus for these, otherwise it was good. But the direction has to be better. It’s in the Eastgate street.

Left luggage here for a couple hours. Friendly staff, seamless drop off and pickup did not use luggage tags with the number stubs for pickup, but it seemed it was just our bags to look after so there wasn’t a need for confirmation.

Very convenient and quick drop-off and retrieval. Highly recommend. Very nice gentleman working the store.

It would be very helpful if you could describe better where your shop is. It is difficult to find especially when one is in a hurry.
