Very convenient for solo traveler!

The Bounce App made it easy to make a reservation. Also, the app sent helpful notices.

Check in required waiting in line for an agent same as any other transaction. It would have been nice if there was an expedited process. If the line was long, it would have been a problem. The location is poor in terms of the utility for downtown Jackson Hole since the location is about 1 mile from downtown attractions. Likely people using the service don't have transportation and therefore the value is greatly diminished.

The people were very friendly and helpful, was a great and convenient service.

I arrived at the location, a UPS store, had already paid and received a confirmation email. - the employees had never heard of “Bounce” or the luggage storage service. They agreed to watch out bags, but it was a bit unsettling knowing that they weren’t aware of the service.
