Extremely simple! Very nice lady working at the desk, thank you again! If I had to walk around for more than 3 minutes more with my luggage I would have needed a shoulder reconstruction

Easy location, just enter the main doors of the casino turn right to the take the elevator on first floor. Walk out and it is on the right. Very friendly staff too

Service Was great just very hard to find the store ? Actually just a convenience store with very a small “Bounce” sign on the door We walked past looking for it many times before even seeing it So better signage is needed in bounce Southbank Melbourne or maybe inform customers However once found service was faultless 👍

No problems. Was a little bit worried when the guy was shocked I was leaving my suitcase for three weeks. He thought it was only short term. I was travelling around Australia. No issues case was the same as when I left it.

They put the luggage in the place where customers can see and pass by ? Due to limit space in shop? may be better put in space closer to the cashier .

Address a little tricky to find. Staff was excellent.

Very easy to deal with. A bit of a strange spot being on the 11th floor but with a lot of people complaining about other places where their bags are visible to the public this is probably a good thing. Very handy to Southern Cross station so if you have to leave your bags somewhere for a few hours I highly recommend this place.
