I tried to put coats in and was told I had to pay extra for it, whereas I had put two medium/large suitcases in and it was two small ones.

Lady was never ready, didn’t really want us to be there! Got eye rolls and all. Over all average experience but they kept bags safe which is the main concern.

Well organized, they gave you a paper to identify your suitcase and the attendant was very friendly

The receptionist was rude to us when we walked in. She was nice towards the end though, everything else went very well

As I was walking along the street after finding the store, the staff member immediately called out to me. He was very kind and had a lovely smile. I was grateful that he was able to store my luggage for me. Thank you very much.

A little hard to identify from the street. A small Bounce logo in a front window would help customers, especially as the translated address given to us did not exactly match.

The experience was good and smooth.

Told to leave bags in the corner of lower dining room. No claim tickets. Just went back and picked them up. Nobody ask any questions. Bags were not bother. Everything was still there.

Provide some form of paper confirmation to the customers who drop off luggage at the hotel. Honor system is nice, but unfortunately does not inspire confidence or merchant accountability.

Address poorly indicated, fortunately, as the lady knew we were coming, she was watching us outside.

Perfect to spend a day in Nazaré. 7mim from the bus stop and right on the beach:)

I felt the place was safe and the employee was very attentive. It was nice to leave it there to walk on the beach.
