If you need to change or cancel your booking for any reason, the best way to do it is from your booking details page in the Bounce app. You can edit the dates, drop-off and pick-up times, and number of bags. You can also cancel your booking or rebook at a nearby store. If you can't find your booking details, check the email address you used to make your booking. You can change your booking by following the link there, or reach out to us if you need support.

Disney World bag policy
Disney World has a strict bag policy which varies somewhat depending on the theme park, resort, or water park you’re visiting. It’s important to take note of the policy before you head out because you may be refused at the park entrances if you’re traveling with prohibited items.
Most sites don’t allow skateboards, scooters, drones and similar items, or folding chairs and tripods that can’t fit inside a bag. Those traveling with strollers won’t be allowed entry if they measure more than 31 x 52 inches, and guests can’t bring any suitcase, backpack, cooler, or carry on luggage that’s larger than 24 x 15 x 18 inches into the theme parks. All bags are subject to inspection before you bring them into the park.
Does Disney World offer luggage storage?
Although there are no left luggage facilities, you’ll find card and coin operated lockers at the entrance of most of the Disney theme parks. However, they function on a first come, first served basis so it’s not guaranteed that there’ll be a storage locker available, especially if you’re visiting during peak hours.

Large lockers are sized at 15.5 x 13 x 17 inches and are priced at $12.00 per day, and a jumbo locker, which is only available at select Disney locations, can fit items sized 17 x 22 x 26 inches for $15.00 per day.
