It was a very easy process, near train station and bus stop. No faff and the staff were very informative.

Very easy close to the station . Only thing is my son wanted to use the bathroom when we picked the luggage up we did pay for all day and only used 4 hours. and he wasn’t allowed to use the toilet . I was abit shocked . Convent for the train station though.

Great, easy to use service. The hotel was very close to the bus stop for the airport so ideal place to leave our bags on last day. Would use again.

It would be more correct to use a room for luggage storage. Do not keep them there in plain sight at the reception. By the way we had 2 backpacks and we paid as if we were paying for 2 bags.

Staff very friendly and the process was quick and easy. One of the highlights of my trip, I wish everywhere in Italy was so organised as this hotel.

Great service, but withdrawing a star since there is no luggage room and everything is behind the counter at reception.
