Warsaw luggage storage

Very convenient if you want to walk around Warsaw without luggage. 8 minutes drive from the airport. They work quickly.

It's a place you can trust

Listed as Warsaw Centralna makes it seem like it is in the actual train station but it is actually 2 big blocks down the road, a good 10 minute walk with baggage. The Apteka is on the street listed but the Baggage City location is in a side street. Google Maps too is to a different location and it took nearly 2 hours to finally locate the drop off The guy there doesn’t speak much at all and put me onto a phone with someone wanting a barcode which I did not have. Finally after showing our bounce app ticket in Apple wallet, they accepted our bags. Bags were held safely and all was well with the actual storage, it was just the time and effort to locate and drop off that was frustrating.

Communication at a poor level. Talking on the phone in a foreign language while serving me and other people. You can book in the app. But the service does not know how to verify the reservation.

Really difficult to find, it’s underground so gps gets a bit wonky. The shop is great though, picked up some quality tea and lokum after pick up. Staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and values security.

Amazing service. Friendly staff. Quick and efficient when you need to stash something for some time and not worry about it. Highly recommend!
