Wellington luggage storage

Not necessarily an issue, but it was off-putting that all bags stored were essentially behind a half-wall that truly anyone could see and access. My items were not stored in a locked up back-room as I had hoped. When I asked the woman working at the store when I dropped off my items if they would stay there all day or be moved, she said her boss would eventually lock them up in the back room. This did not happen. In the end, my bags were totally fine, and I'd like to give the store the benefit of the doubt of keeping eyes on all bags stored there, but it was concerning. Had someone walked in and tried to be off with my bags, I imagine it would be relatively easy to do so.

The maps did not lead to the right place, so was hard to figure out that the luggage storage was in the convenience store.

They were very welcoming they were expecting me and it was a smooth check in and check out. Picked up a snapper card as well and they advised me how it works. Great service as I don’t want to lug my bag around Wellington. I’ll definitely use it again.

Bags were stored in an open, cooking area of a takeaway bar. Security of the bags was an obvious concern and the store was hard to find, 3 groups were searching at the same time. a photo of the frontage would have been helpful.

Went onto google reviews to see Bounce was in the city stop shop. Made sense but initially tricky to find as was unsure whether it was down the alley to the left and couldn’t see a Bounce sign advertising. May have just not looked hard enough though. Store is in a good spot to browse around town and bag was placed out the way and out of view of anyone else which is good. Felt secure.
