Had I known this location was directly across from Windsor Castle, I would have booked this company/location before I ended up wasting 70GBP on a location that was too far away.

Everyone was very friendly. Great location. Store was small and cramped for our big pieces of luggage, but the employee was very helpful and rearranged the store to accommodate my needs.

I went there at 9:30 and it wasn't open yet. I waited outside with a few other people who had checked in for 15 minutes before the owner came.

You advertise to open at 9 am, you can book your luggage in from 9am but the store does not open until 9.30 ☹️

The store was closed at 9 am and just opened at 9.30 am although bounce stated otherwise. But all fine in the end.

The drop off time available on bounce is 9:00 but the store did not open until around 9:30. It was not a big deal as the Windsor castle did not open until 9:30 anyway.

When I arrived for my scheduled drop off time, the store was closed and I had to stand outside for an extra 12 minutes until the attendant finally arrived to open the store.

It was great to store our luggage here before going to the airport on our last day in London so we could tour Windsor and have our bags with us to leave on time. This service is much cheaper than the airport and pretty close to our bus stop. It worked out great for us!

We used the service because we wanted to visit the Castle and then go to the Airport. We had a little trouble finding it, in fact the locker works in a Gift Shop. It was super peaceful and helped us a lot. It is in front of the Castle, just a few steps from the train station exit. It was really worth using this service and not having to return to London
