Super easy process

Drop off was fine. Pick up was quite bad, they had arranged to take in far too many bags and they were all left around the shop floor with one person trying to match numbers while a huge queue waited outside.

Need to take better care of where they are putting the luggage they are keeping. When I came to collect my luggage, they didn’t know where they put it and thought they lost it at first. After many minutes looking for my luggage, they finally found it but it took minutes to find.

Everything safe, but staff is so slow on finding bag so the q is very long. Need to put it strategically and add more staff

Excellent location for storing your bag if attending an event at Wembley. Convenient as it is open late. Dropping and collecting the bag was very easy. Would use the service in the future if ever required

Not much room for storing bags securely from public access. Helpful staff.

Literally come to wembley for an event. My partner had a large umbrella. Googled temp storage and this was so convenient and couldn't of been easier!! Came back out then event and easily collected same day.

We booked for 4pm but they let us check our bags in for 2pm. Very swift, easy and secure.

I didn't have enough space to store the suitcases, they were in the middle of the store. Friendly service.

Excellent service! Ideal location for events at Wembley.

Brilliant , straight in sorted my bag then got on with my day. Pick my bag up without any problems at all.

Google maps was showing in a store which was closed. And the bounce app was showing behind the store. So had to due process of elimination to work out the store.

A little crowded at bag drop, but everything was normal for an audience of 85,000 people at Wembley.
