not very conviniet for the big luggages as the store is very small

Excellent easy service and great staff

The staff were lovely, however one of our bags was covered in mold and the contents now smell very musty!!!! I have photos of the bag from right after we received it…. The other bag was ok only because it was a hard cased bag. I understand that it was like 20 days, but when you spend over €200 you expect to not have your bag damaged and moldy!

Lovely customer service. Not in their control, but the address is hard to find. Google maps send you across the street to a neighbouring business. Maybe more prominent signage? It was convenient and we appreciated the service.
