They are fantastic! We highly recommend it! The girl who welcomed us at check in was very kind and spoke perfect Italian (which is very rare and appreciated!!!). The lady who welcomed us at check out allowed us to stay in the hall to sort out our suitcase a bit and even offered to let us go to the bathroom without us asking. She also spoke several languages and was very friendly. I highly recommend it. Efficient and perfect.

Everything was fine, but the place where they stored my suitcase was not at all safe. However, when I checked out I found that everything was there. The service and attention of the staff is efficient.

Take into account the security of the luggage, upon entry they did not take any photo of me to ensure that I was the owner of the luggage that I am leaving for when I pick it up, in addition to keeping the door closed where the luggage is stored

Wasn’t clear from name/address it was in the hotel. Didn’t realise luggage would be left in a bathroom.

The personal is friendly and fast. All my things were stored in a safe room. On the other side, the place where the luggages are stored are on the second floor and there’s no elevator, so you will have to go through the staircase with all your stuffs and there’s no staff to help you.

We were welcomed at the hotel by a very nice lady who handled everything very well and we had a nice conversation. Everything went smoothly
