On arrival, we were unable to check our bags in properly. The member of staff insisted that we had to press a check-in button in the app or they wouldn’t be able to accept our bags. I explained and showed that the only option available to the customer was a PIN for the staff to use to do the check-in process. After a couple of mins she agreed to take the bags anyway, produced numbered bounce baggage tags and accepted our bags. On return, bags were brought back quickly. All the staff were pleasant. Bags were clearly kept in a staff only location. I was contacted the following day asking me to check-in or provide my PIN so they could complete the encounter. I asked them to contact bounce to get their check-in process in order.
