The famous Blue Angels usually make the most important part of the show. This U.S. Navy’s flight demonstration team was formed in 1946, right here at NAS Jacksonville. This year, be ready to see them in the grand finale, performing some of the most impressive maneuvers and aerial acrobatics.

The NAS Jax Air Show will occur on October 19 and 20 at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, 6801 Roosevelt Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32212.

What to Expect When Attending Jacksonville Air Show 2024

You will be able to see a range of military and civilian demonstrations.

Civilian acts will feature aerobatic teams, skydivers, and vintage civilian aircraft displays, showcasing high-flying maneuvers and technical stunts that add variety to the military-heavy lineup.

Military demonstrations will include F-35 Lightning II jets, C-130 Hercules cargo planes, and P-8A Poseidon patrol aircraft. You'll enjoy military and aircraft displays showing off their capabilities, and much more!

If you're over 18, you only need to bring a physical photo ID because admission is free!

The gates open at 9 a.m., and the show will begin at 11 a.m. The Blue Angels will perform at 3 p.m.
