There are some stairs but very easy and convenient location. Pick up and drop off very easy.

We can’t recommend this service enough. The lovely lady went out of her way to make sure we could get our bags when we needed to leave. She was so friendly and helpful. The store is just up from the train station and next to the bus stop. Highly recommended.

The storage of the bags is not ideal up two flights of stairs.

Following a problem with the room key, the manager reacted very well to find a solution and allow us to take our train by making him wait 3 minutes. Well done to this young woman

Very nice lady. Flexible with checkout. Kept our bags safe. She’s in the shoe/souvenir shop beside the bank! Very close to the tunnel exit of the train station in riomaggiore!
