Friendly staff and great service

This was the first time I had used this service. It was at a hotel right near the airport. All went well with the bags safety stored in a secured room behind the front desk. Also, the hotel staff was very kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend this location.

The service dropping the luggage off for 11 days was excellent. The receptionist asked for a reference number (which I couldn't find on my email), however, she found my booking by using my name. After that plain sailing. She took the suitcases in and gave me a couple of tickets. I handed them back 11 days later and the man fetched the cases from exactly the same spot that I had left them. I felt safe knowing that the cases were in a hotel, locked up with 24 hour staff in the building. Excellent service on both occasions, dropping off and collecting.

super fast drop off, get tags with numbers torn off for later that you can show and get when you pick up, super flexible for the day. location was safe. very easy overall would try again :thumbs_up:

The reception staff is friendly and efficient, the hotel front desk is stored, and the price is very affordable. The number and time of the reservation are very convenient to modify and update. 100% recommended! It is also close to the airport!

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. It was an easy location to get to and from the SFO airport - as you just got off and the Millbrae station and walked 450 metres to the Inn.

Super friendly in the attention and delivery at all times super attentive the only bad thing is the location the Bart is difficult to pass

Staff was attentive and welcoming. Safe, secure storage area, and I was in and out in a couple of minutes. Definitely would use again.

Was a little skeptical at the start but it was super easy and convenient and fuss free. Also the staff were super friendly. The one I met, Ray, was super patient and nice. Overall very pleasant experience.
