I recommend giving the store luggage tickets to hand out for extra security (like some other Bounce locations), so there is no question about which bags belong to who/exactly how many were given.

Perhaps it would be good for the establishment to have a seal or sticker of the service, since it can be a little confusing to figure out which cafe is the correct place. Other than that everything was great, great service, super friendly staff and very good coffee
