First time using Bounce, drop off point is a hotel and staff were perfect. Very friendly and all smooth easy process. Much better than using the in station location for higher cost. Worked very well.

Our bags were stored in a room up a set of stairs, but this wasn’t much of a problem. The bags are stored in a locked room which made us feel more secure; however, when we picked them up, the room was unlocked and we were told to walk in to collect our bag. We figured if the door is locked or not may depend on the frequency of bags being dropped off, and who is taking care of the room

No elevator and the store in the first floor we took the luggage up by stairs but everything else was good

Location is easy to find but will not come back here. What’s not revealed in this luggage storage space info is that you need to climb up a steep and narrow long staircase to the luggage storage room. The staff will not help you (not even offer to do so). We have to carry our own heavy luggages up and down the staircase. Also, I hooked a neck pillow onto my luggage which was gone by the time I collected the luggages back. Not sure who stole it. Wouldn’t be surprised since the staff actually ask us to collect luggages ourselves without even verifying the luggage tag.
