Luggage storage Brighton City Centre

It was a bit tricky to find the door as it appeared to be named differently to what I expected. The picture of building helped.

I chose the hotel as I felt it would be a safe and respectful place to store my luggage for the day. The check in was great, friendly and easy. I loved being able to drop off my bag for the day to explore the area hours before my Airbnb check-in. But when I came to collect my bag later on, the staff member couldn't find my bag. He first took me to locked cupboards, which I thought was a great place to store my bag, but we couldn't find it there. After he checked a couple more rooms, we went back to reception, and found it just through some doors into a larger room. The staff member let me choose my bag and I asked him to check the reference code was correct, as I thought he should. The possibility of my bag being lost/stolen is not fun, and not the experience I was after. Such a shame as the idea is great. More communication between staff is needed, and management should set a safe place for the storage.

Both dropping off and picking up luggage was very easy, the staff were very friendly at all times.
