It is a hotel near Santa Maria Novella Station, so it has long business hours. It is available on weekends as well. It is convenient because there is an elevator, but it is inconvenient to have to climb a few stairs.

Convenient location. However the lift to the hotel is very small so if u are taking multiple suitcases then may have to do multiple trips in the lift. There are few stairs too if lifting heavy luggage. Apart from that all good.
