Hi, John took care of my luggage before my small trip to Mexico on Aug 5th and I saw him back on Aug 9th when taking back my luggage. The service has been provided and good and most importantly John and Connie at the reception were very nice to accept seeing me around the office while waiting my transfer to the airport.
