Finding this location with maps is a bit tricky. Perhaps they could put in the address that it is located under the building and is accessed on the west side of the building. We will definitely use them again!

Check-in and Check-out went really smooth. Just at tip for others. This location is down a set of stairs on side of building. There is an elevator that takes you down thru a door to the right of stairs.

Very easy! Make the reservation then drop off the bags! Pick up on the way to the airport.

A bit hard to find because I didn’t know I was looking for a basement liquor store. But they were very polite and keep my bags safe while we toured downtown Chicago. Safer is a ton of time and was cheap.
