There was no one there when I arrived but eventually someone let us in

We didn’t realize this was just the back room of a liquor store. Our belongings were accounted for but didn’t feel as secure as we expected when booking.

Everything was good, except, our bags were out in the open just behind the desk, and the person at the desk isn't always there. I would have preferred the bags been in a secured area vs. easily grabbed.

They were very friendly and fast to store the luggage. It was my first time using bounce so i was nervous but after meeting the person working there, I was not worried at all.

This was such a convenient option for us while we waited for our flight! Fast and easy to check in and out.

Storage worked out fine, but the staff member at the store had no clue how to verify that I had booked and paid and spoke hardly any English, while I didn't speak their language, so we couldn't troubleshoot together. I wasted a full half hour trying to cancel my booking, make a new booking, download the app, try to make my purchase show up in the app, just so I could prove to them that I had booked and paid. In the end, it turns out the booking code I showed them at the very beginning was all they needed.

Location was clear and luggage safe for 7 days but the staff were really unfriendly and weird

it was a family business with drycleaner/store/restaurant. everyone was nice and it was easy. it felt secure. i they were open til 2am so i was able to go around the city until my flight. Thank you!

The luggage was just stored in a back room with out being secured When I arrived back to pick up my luggage the back door where my luggage was stored Was not even closed or locked

Incredibly helpful and cheerful staff on site. The perfect balance of friendly, professional and efficient. He took the time to explain some cool places to check out in the area, provided a map, and made sure that we had the right contact information for the location in case something changed on our end, or we needed to contact them. I was really impressed with the experience overall, and would highly recommend this location as a place to safely and securely store your belongings.

The girl was super nice! It took literally a couple minutes only to get my order confirmed, drop luggage off and we were off!! So simple and convenient!

This was our first time using Bounce, but it was great. We were able to quickly and easily drop off our luggage just a block from the beach. We arrived around 2 pm and our condo wasn't going to be ready until 4, so it was nice to have a safe place for our stuff while we went and enjoyed the beach for a few hours. And then it was just a few blocks to walk to our condo. The employees who helped us at the Mission Surf Bounce location were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely use Bounce again if needed in future travels.
