Be careful, the area is not crazy from 6/7 p.m. But the hotel is secure!

Reasonable price, Was gonna check my luggage at the airport. But that was 25 each. Luckily I didn’t, here ends up 28 dollars in total of three. Next to Bart station so nothing much different if you are leaving luggage at airport then go to downtown.

Guy was very nice and the entrance to the building is locked so felt safe

This hotel is perfect as its always open, Right next to the BART station and there is an additional security guard patrolling the lobby area. The front desk staff is quick to store and retrieve the bags and know exactly what to do.

First time using Bounce. Wtf. This was the easiest, most amazing tool I've benefited from. Cycles the Golden Gate bridge while my suitcase was happily sitting in this hotel. Checking in and out was super easy and the app was marvelous - quick, affordable and a plethora of locations to choose from. I chose this Yotel because it was near the subway to the airport. 10/10 will definitely use Bounce again.

Clean secure hotel lobby. Friendly Staff member recognised my booking as soon as I said my name. Speedy and efficient check in and later collection. Bags immediately moved to a locked storeroom while we were there and we saw them collected from same room. I felt very comfortable that my bags were safe.

Excellent place to store your suitcases

We were on a long layover at SFO and wanted to go to Union Square/Chinatown, which are close. The neighbourhood (Tenderloin) is sketchy but the security at the Yotel is tight and provided a lot of peace of mind for a great afternoon. Highly recommend.

It would be better we know in advance it is provided by YOTEL San Francisco on google map. Easier to find.

The process was very quick and uncomplicated. However, the location is in a somewhat dangerous area and you may want to choose a different location, especially at night and as a woman. The only good thing about the location is that the hotel is very close to the metro station, so you can get there quickly.
