The owner of this hotel is very nice! He was happy to accept us on short notice, and when we asked if he could give us hot water, he boiled it in a kettle and put it in a bottle he had with him! We are Japanese, and drinking hard water gives us stomachaches, so this was very helpful! I would like to stay there again! The dog that the hotel keeps is very friendly and the service is excellent! So cute! This is an irresistible service for dog lovers! The location is also 5 minutes to 10 minutes when crowded from Santa Lucia Station, and there are no steep slopes.
