If you need to change or cancel your booking for any reason, the best way to do it is from your booking details page in the Bounce app. You can edit the dates, drop-off and pick-up times, and number of bags. You can also cancel your booking or rebook at a nearby store. If you can't find your booking details, check the email address you used to make your booking. You can change your booking by following the link there, or reach out to us if you need support.
About Britomart
Britomart is nine blocks of eating, shopping, and entertainment in the middle of Central Auckland, New Zealand. At the center of it all is the Britomart Transport Center, which is a major public transportation hub with access to the North Island Main Trunk Railway Line. The station also gives access to several buses and ferries.
The community of Britomart was gifted to Governor Hobson in 1840 from the chief of the Ngati Whatua people, Apihai Te Kawau. He gave 3,000 acres for the construction of a new capital after signing the Treaty of Waitangi. Much of it was underwater until the 1870s when Port Britomart was built up into a major port city.
Also at the center of it all is Takutai Square, which is a pedestrian-only street and the heart of the city. With over 100 retail and eateries, you will not have any trouble finding something to do while you are visiting. On weekends, you can find stalls full of goodies at the Britomart Market, live entertainment, and friendly New Zealanders wanting to sell their handicrafts.

Less than 10 minutes from Britomart on Park Road, the Auckland Domain Park is more than just a park. What used to be a volcano many years ago now boasts sports fields, picnic areas, duck ponds, and several stunning gardens. You can also learn about the history of the Maori peoples at the Auckland War Memorial Museum while you are there. The 185-acre park opened in 1843 and has been the site of several historical moments like being the campsite for the American troops during WWII. Take a hike along one of the trails, get a selfie at the Cenotaph, and take some pictures of the beauty of the magnolia garden, hibiscus garden, and fairy garden.
