The excess baggage offers a safe and excellent service. Sadly I booked on line through a 3rd party bounce who charge twice the price of what excess baggage charges. Do not book on line. Just arrive and check your luggage in. Ripped of customer -Bounce

Lovely staff and convenient. Do feel it was very expensive for a small suitcase for 4.5 hours

Morning member of staff was very helpful and despite being rushed off his feet was kind and considerate.

The excess baggage store is in the Green zone, next to “Five Guys”! Really easy service and felt confident my bags were safe and sound.
