Perfect location right near the train station. The address is a bit misleading, look for the convince store that is kitty corner to the train station at the intersection of Ann and Edward. There should be bounce signs out front!

A distance from central station Difficulty in identifying the actual address . 370 was an actual office /apartment block Actually found the place because someone told me it could be the NewsAgency I think that the location should be identified as a New Agency . This was very frustrating after lugging a case around. On the other hand , The staff member at the location was lovely and very helpful . My case was tagged and remained safe .

excellent staff but no sign out the front. we spent a long time trying to find Bounce. apparently the sign fell down and was never put back up. it is only A4 size anyway - needs to be waaaaay bigger please.

Signage not good. Cant be seen from the diagonal corner (station corner).

This location is at a 24 hour convenience store with entry located on Ann St corner of 308 Edward St & Ann St rather than at 308 Edward St (which is a bar & backpackers)
