It was a restaurant really... the luggage was not stored in a different space, it was just behind the restaurant counter, didn't feel very safe. Someone could just go and gran one of the bags. Very friendly staff anyways, but I would not leave my luggage there again..

Help with luggage on stairs would have been welcome

The location is great, but it is difficult to find the exact location, as there is no indication on the outside. Book online in advance. The hotel receptionist (we arrived on Friday at 11:40 am) refuses to help you to make the online reservation. According to him, this is not his job function... If you have any problems with your reservation, you should contact the company's support chat, as the hotel receptionist is also unable to help you. When we picked up our luggage (Friday, at 7pm) the new receptionist was attentive and helpful. Very different from the approach of the first one...

The luggages are stored in a separate room away from any people on the ground floor, which is very much appreciated, as many other storage places store it simply next to the entrance.

The luggage is all piled up in a room, anyone can help themselves without any problem when collecting their luggage, too bad, individual closed lockers would be better

Small central shop, friendly gentleman, luggage is stored near his counter at the end of the shop in full view of everyone (don't leave anything of value)

It's good that it's late open, felt very safe when getting the bag :)

The location was convenient for catching the bus to the airport and the service was prompt. I needed to edit the pick up time and that was no problem.

It wasn't clear where we needed to go. A sign on the door of no. 3 would be really helpful, which includes the "bounce" logo to give some peace of mind that you're in the right place.

This was great! The staff was very kind and helpful, the store itself is super cute and has beautiful souvenirs as well, just in front of the central station which is very convinent!

I got an Email that the Checkout were at 5 pm, although the Check-in was at 4 pm. Luckingly I could clarify it by a phone call and Google Research of a Phone number.

Very friendly staff, drop off located in a cool shop worth looking around In as a tourist.
