Good location close to train station. Unfortunately closed for 2 hours at lunch time, so we had to wait around for an hour to be able to drop off our bags, giving us less time to tour the medieval site. But we appreciated the service.

Very straightforward and friendly. Easy place to leave bags, just across the canal bridge and a square from Gare de Carcassone.
