Just opposite to the airport shuttle bus station. Very convenient. Please note google map direction will lead you to the back of the shop which is incorrect. it is literally opposite to the bus station.

Found this storage to be a God send for us. Most others locally were either closed online between certain/key search hours (bit strange?), or not functional to show capacity available or not, this was only one, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Don't expect a lock-up container etc, but they did the job well and stored our luggage in-slight. Thanks so much! :-)

Staff seem uninterested, wasn't confident in the process of checking bags in or out and wasn't impressed with the security for luggage storage.

The customer must be given proof of delivery of the suitcases and their number.

Very fast service and very nice location

The woman sitting in the office didn't even look at us. She asked us if we had a reservation, we said yes and to leave our bags, she didn't even confirm details, how many bags there were or if they were big or small. When we picked them up it was the same, we could have taken any of the ones that were there. The place is centrally located next to the Onofrio fountain. But you have to go before 4:00 p.m.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The women in the store were very friendly. They happily stored our bags for ~5 hours while we did some final exploration before our Ferry. When we returned they gave us our bags quickly and near by were plenty of taxi, bus and Ubers for the ride to the ferry — we used Uber.

Very fast service and very nice location

Luggage was left with door unlocked when we arrived to collect. No one in sight. Unsure how long it had been like it. It was also an unused building that they were kept in, but with technological equipment around the place. Not a proper storage facility but it was on the cheaper side.

If there was a different person working this would be a 5 star review. Easy to find location (no stairs) and easy to store luggage. I love that this service exists! However, person working was the only unfriendly person I met during my time Dubrovnik.

It was an easy seamless experience, checking in and out. The location is also the most ideal for catching the shuttle bus to the airport. Highly recommend if you're catching a bus from Dubrovnik Cable Car to the airport.

Was no one when I collected my suitcase

Easy to store. Would be nice if luggage wasn't just in corner of a restaurant but it was all safe and sound so fine. Very friendly staff and nice place

The check in was very easy, for the check out we had to contact the people that work there because it was closed when we arrived but they came 5 minutes later

Easy drop off and pick up, only thing was that the bags were just in a corner of the restaurant so it didn’t feel too secure. However we didn’t have any problems at all!

I had no issues! The check-in and checkout process was quick and extremely helpful.

The store was great and felt secure. Only issue was that when I was there to collect my bags the woman was on a break and did not return for almost an hour while I was waiting outside. I can a bit early to make sure I would have time to get to the airport anyway but it was quite stressful to deal with.

Very handy service to leave your bag somewhere safe. Would recommend to anyone looking to leave their bag for the day.

My bag was left in the main restaurant where anyone could have easily walked up and unzipped it whenever they liked. I would have preferred it if they put it in a private area which was staff only at least!
