Great accommodations to kill time with free pool table, ping pong, TV, internet. However, located behind customs secure area and bit of a walk out of area to local stores and dining. Wish we would have known this before hand.

Was difficult to figure out where to drop off the bags. There was no signage and some of the staff, despite making eye contact, didn't say anything to us or acknowledge us.

One of our cases was damaged whilst stored. Only noticed as it was going into our taxi to airport so no time to report it but we have photos taken at front door.

Thanks for helping us. Navigate while waiting to check in the hotel, dropped off bag and pickup was easy, quick and they provides extra knowledge of the area for us!!!!

Staff was super friendly and you also get a discount to grab food here if you choose. My partner & I dropped our luggage off before checking out the nearby museum and walking around the area. Really great way to spend time before our flight.

Ali was so accommodating and helpful! I can't say enough good about him. Location was easy enough to find and his generosity and hospitality was wonderful. He was kind, patient, and communicative. My first time using Bounce and will again after the experience leaving our 13 bags with him.
