The first time I wasn’t even sure that I was in the correct building. There was nothing about Bounce packages being accepted inside until I was able to speak with someone. However, once I did it was so quick. I just happened to walk in at a bad time when the office manager wasn’t around. I spoke with her again this time and left in a matter of minutes. It was very quick service and I will continue to use their location.
