Practical and responsive

The front desk has other priorities than giving you the key for the Bounce licker so we had to wait to get the key to drop off and again to pick up. Also, the hotel is a little hike from the train station and in the wrong direction from tourist sites. We should have used the pubic lockers at the tourist info bureau. That said, we were able to catch a bus to the hotel from the alstadt on the way back. Overall, it took us about 30 minutes extra to drop and pick up our luggage. More self service would have been preferred.

Very helpful staff

There are no separate lockers, but a basement room with two heavy-duty shelves for storing luggage. There are also a few small lockers, but these only work with a padlock. So it would be important to pass on this information to customers. Otherwise it was OK, you get the key for the room at reception and nothing was stolen.

It’s a bit expensive, the rest was perfect!
