Lifts/elevators are a pain to get but it you're staying in one of the guesthouses then it's perfect. The lady who took our bags was absolutely lovely and offered us water and even a shower! As soon as we turned up and showed the QR code we were done. Bags are stored in a room behind reception (fairly sure she locked it as well).

The filipina staff ate cherry is very accommodating.

The location is bit dofficult to find but the staff was very friendly and nice.

If you go through the door on the left side of the stairs, there is an elevator. You don't have to climb the stairs. The Indian restaurant will leave your bags for you.

Absolutely amazing experience dropping my luggage at the storage.! Must recommend to anyone who needs a luggage storage in hong kong.

Friendly staff, but better directions once you get to the shopping market would help. We had to ask multiple people for directions. Had no idea it was up an elevator.

A better place to store the luggage away from other customers would be highly appreciated.

Bags were exposed to other customers, didn’t feel secure about the storage area. Although it was safe to stow the luggage there, nothing was lost, it was just an uneasy feeling that the bags were so exposed

The english-speaking staff was friendly greeting me by the door. The drop-off did not take more than 5 minutes as they were confirming my booking through QR code while the bags were being put into secure area by the lobby desk. They also secured the bags with steel wire. Even I could not make the pick-up time I edited my booking on the go via the Bounce application. Very convenient. The hotel is only 100 meters walking distance from Yau Ma Tei metro station exit.

It is incredibly hard to find. It is inside a packed building with few signs. There is only one elevator so it is a long wait to go up. The elevator does not stop on the luggage storage’s floor so you need to carry your suitcases down the stairs.

Each section of the Muncheong Building E-section has its own elevator, so be careful to find it!^^ Friendly staff

The storage location is not secure and when I arrived the doors to the restaurant were wide open and the staff asleep, I could have if I did not about to find them have walked off with my luggage…

Was told that if I would be late to pick up the suitcase, there would be additional charges which was incorrect. Also got told conflicting information, such as the number code I was given was vital to picking up my luggage but in the end they still had to scan my qr code which made the number I was given a bit redundant. Otherwise great location and they used a bike lock to secure my suitcase, very safe.
