All good! The only thing I would have liked to see was more security around the pick up process. It was very casual. I wanted to see an actual matching of my tag to the tag on my luggage.

Was a little skeptical at first because I had never heard of this app before but my group and I were desperate for a place to keep our luggage while we waited for our late flight. Our bags were kept safe, the process was smooth and we were able to enjoy the day

The location is not so good and accessible.

When I dropped off my bag, the lady was super nice. But I felt like I needed a ticket or something to identify my bag. I asked if she had something like that, and she said no, that it wasn't necessary, and we just put the bag in there with others (some had a paper tag, some didn't). When I went to pick it up, there was another person there, a gentleman who was also very nice, and he thought it was strange that there was no identification on the bag. I insisted on showing him that I knew the combination to the lock, but he didn't "demand" it either. I thought it was nice that they were kind and helpful, because I'm a "good" person and I really did pick up my bag. But I thought it was really strange that they didn't put any kind of identification on it, and they let me go anyway. Maybe it would be a good idea to just review this issue of identification, leave some paper or ticket with a number, something like that, so that I can only pick it up with the ticket.

I love using Bounce when I am traveling. The Wingate was easy to find and plenty of space for luggage in a secure room.

After a work week in Houston, wanted to store 3 large pieces of luggage before going for a 4-day trip with my wife to Vegas. Initially had issues registering Bounce online from the web. Better to download the Bounce app and make the registration and booking there. Liked the 24-hour flexibility from Wingate. Some others had fixed opening and closing hours. I was driving a rental car to drop the bags at the hotel, which was easily located via GPS. However, collecting the bags was going to be direct from IAH Terminal D for onward flight after Vegas. Make sure you have at least 4-5 hours before your next flight. Found out that hotel shuttle pick-up is only at Terminal B Door 103, so had to take the underground tram from Terminal D to B, which took about 20 mins. Waited about 20 mins for the shuttle to arrive. Asked the driver if can be dropped off at Terminal D but they couldn't due to size of shuttle and construction works going on. So had to lug the 3 big bags from Terminal B back to Terminal D. Overall, the storage transaction on Bounce was quick and the staff at Wingate were friendly. Just make sure you plan enough time for your flight when dropping and collecting your bags from the hotel.
