I arrived and the store was closed, but then, 5 min later they opened, so I was able to leave my luggage

You could have a "Bounce"-sign outside.

It would help if there was an obvious sign in the window, but that's all.

Everything went great!

I only had problems with a gentleman who stayed at night and kicked me out. He was sitting at the reception desk. I thought that gentleman's attitude was unnecessary. The reception desk is a place for anyone to expect anything. I wasn't sleeping or anything. But one day he might need it too. So I left there. All the other employees were very friendly and attentive. They deserve a 10. I had a great impression of the establishment and I recommend staying there.

I picked it up at 11am. But it said it opened at 10am. I arrived early and had to wait a while. So be careful if you're going to get it early and try to pick it up earlier.

Really easy to locate and the staff were so helpful and kind and accommodating.

Super easy check-in and check-out. Location is ideal for dropping bags and exploring the Old Town- just a few minutes walk from a taxi rank too. The lovely women at the shop were very friendly and helpful, despite us not speaking much Spanish and them not speaking much English. Highly recommend!

Lovely helpful staff, secure location and easy to get to and from

Lack of knowledge of the service at the hotel reception, hence the wait. At baggage claim, no security because the person let us into the room to identify our bags without checking our tickets or knowing how many bags we had....

Convenient location, good staff

The owner of this location was absolutely amazing!! extremely kind and helpful as i booked this reservation LAST SECOND! the shop was closed but he saw the reservation and immediately opened the store. also he woke up before opening the store to allow me to grab my things! my bag was stored in a little locker and i wasn’t worried about anything. of course i took my passport and wallet with me so my bag only had clothes and toiletries. but everything was perfect! would DEF recommend!!
