A little bit difficult to find the location of the store.

It is important that they can use the QR system. Doing it manually creates distrust in the use of the application and the guarantees.

Perfectly located near Lille Flandres train station. The only issue is that the opening hours could be longer.

The location is close to the train station which is very convenient! The deposit and withdrawal are very easy and fast and the staff is smiling and kind 👍🏻

First, I tried to book the day before on the website but it was impossible to start day on the 22nd I had to book it on the day. The staff was helpful no problem The only minus was the fact there is no visible number on the door (a nice big 33 would have helped) and no prominent Bounce sticker either I had to go around the block twice to actually find the shop Other than that I would defo recommend Bounce

I dropped off 2 backpacks before going to watch basketball matches at the Olympic Games at the Pierre Mauroy stadium. Perfect

We had to show the email to the person in the shop and he put out bags away. Very easy!
