The app (and google) say the business closes at 6pm but it’s actually 5pm. Lucky we asked as our bags could have been locked in.

They let you use their bathroom, that's great 👌🏽

When I had to pick up my bags, they took more than 20 minutes to deliver them to me. The reason was that there was no one to deliver them to me... that's what they told me at reception.

I was new to this app and I had a great first experience with this location, id use it again!

There is no signage out the front of the location. It’s also just outside the airport, you have to leave and walk about 5 minutes in the streets to get to there. The storage area are these cages that are in an undercover outdoor space.

Perfect service saved me from trouble!

The place is a little far to the airport, my recommendation is taking a taxi outside the airport I wouldn’t recommend walking. But, in general the service is good.

The girl who served us was very attentive and friendly. I recommend this place because our things were very well protected.

The service was excellent, the price was very good, I would like it to be a locker where you can leave it locked, so that it would be within reach of anyone who wanted to take it.

Fast, easy and friendly

This location was right by el Zocalo in a hostel. The staff were friendly, the bags were secured, and fast service. The place looked very nice, clean, and safe! If I ever return to CDMX I would leave my bags here again without hesitation. There was people shopping and bringing back their bags to leave them in the storage so it was a good one!

I made the full payment online, and when I arrived and handed over my bags, they charged it again. I have a duplicate payment. How can I get a refund?

The baggage storage service was conveniently located and well priced.

Don't accept bookings outside of reception hours if you don't actually handle those bookings by anyone using the Bounce app.
