Everything is perfect

Though a little confusing to find on the go, the gentleman behind the counter is genuinely kind and very helpful. This was a great convenience to us during our travels.

Time worked fine for us but they weren’t open past 5pm which could be an issue for some.

I felt uncomfortable leaving my luggage in plain view at the front of the store. However, the store manager was very attentive and responsible, and my bag remained safe for several hours.

Friendly staff and easy check-in. I would feel safer if the room was locked though since it is a co-working space. When I dropped off the luggage in the room, there was literally someone else sitting there doing work.

Located in the basement / back section of a cafe. People behind the counter are nice and accommodating, it is nice to leave luggage with people instead of an automated system. Would do again

The store attendant was pleasant and dropping off our bags was fast and easy. Our bags were behind the front counter and very easy and fast to retrieve once we returned.

Everything went 100% right, but i think the luggages could be stocked in a safer place, but it was good!!

While a good place, I was a little bit nervous about the set up. The host didn’t take my name so I just picked out my bag when I got back and bags were left in the front of the store without anyone looking at them. The service was great but I was definitely nervous about safety.

The lady of the store was very kind and I can consider myself quite satisfied of the service. The only issue was that she could only speak French and this is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I was slightly dubious as I've never used this sort of service before but it all worked very smoothly. I left 2 big cases for a week. No problems at all and lovely ice lollies too.
