I used to live near the hostel, so I know this to be a very safe and secure location to leave your bags. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Very grateful for the assist, and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a spot to leave their luggage.

Great service from staff.

The store and the staff member who helped us was amazing. The only thing that would have been better is if the holiday hours were clearly stated as it was being reserved/there was no way to call and find out in advance.

We first went to the wrong Bounce location, which is a hostel, but we were able to pay some stamps there and mail our postcards. Then we went to Platinum Records, and Scott was great. It was nice not to have to carry our luggage around town.

They were so kind and being able to have our things in a safe place gave us a lot of peace of mind. Would 100% recommend!

Super convenient, great location, and friendly staff! We felt at ease knowing our luggage was safely stored somewhere when we had a few hours to waste before we boarded our flight. We didn't want to have luggage in our car which would be risky. The process was super easy, just reserve and pay online, you then drop it off, and they give you a slip to show when you pick it up. This location was very conveniently a kombucha so definitely purchased a drink or two while we were there!

I arrived late but they were very friendly

It was a little difficult to identify the place, they had a few stickers on the door, but maybe a bigger sign outside would be nice to have

The staff were kind, accommodating, and overall very professional in terms of dropping off my three pieces of luggage and pick up. I will keep this location in mind if I need a place to store my baggage if I fly out of PDX in the future. Note: PDX doesn’t have luggage storage and airlines can only accept check in luggage ~4 hours prior to departure.
