Friendly and very accommodating

They were very friendly, everything was fast. Well located, steps away from the train station.

Service was prompt and friendly.

A very generous and kind boss. When she saw that I was not feeling well, she took the initiative to help me and take care of me. I also found her hotel to be very clean and beautiful. I night recommend her.

They were so helpful! My cellphone died before I went to my bag. They called a taxi and stood outside with me until it arrived. Great people!

The store does not open until 10:30, despite Bounce saying you can drop off your bags at 9:00. There is a phone number to call if you arrive early, but I do not know what the turnaround time on that would be. There is no area set aside for Bounce customers, so your luggage is put behind the store counter in clear view of the public.

Everything was great. You can even buy small groceries and snacks at this place.

I had booked the wrong location and since we were on foot, she was super helpful to change our wrong location to her place, and got us headed in the right direction for exploring. Would definitely use her again if ever back in Quebec City.

Store staff should (for security) remember to ask to see Bounce booking on client’s smartphone before receiving and returning luggage.

Great service even showed us the city map, that he gave us, and must see areas.

Hike to get the store was a bit brutal but everything else was smooth. The store did not even ask for a booking confirmation or anything. I do with there was more security, no ID or anything was checked when we picked up. Made me feel like anyone could have picked up our bags.

Excellent attention and service, even their cat was taking care of our luggage and gave us the opportunity to go to the nearby museum without carrying all the luggage.

It’s up on the hill of the old Québec, not easy to drag suitcases over the hill if you don’t have a car.

Fabulous service, easy to find and just so easy, it’s near the port, so fantastic for spending the day shopping and having lunch before our flight

All good! Next to the train&bus station. Friendly staff. It's a bike shop and they put your bags at the back when they're safe. They give you a tag for each bag. Recommended!
