Friendly service Easy to drop off and pick up

The staff was really friendly and I was able to leave my luggage quickly and easily.

Very convenient and easy. The line at the store was quite long but noticing that we were there for our luggage pick-up, we were brought to the front of the line which helped us keep our schedule.

Worked well, but was a little unclear when we found the agent that we had the correct shop, there were other people we saw also confused. A bigger sign in the window would be helpful.

Value for money could be a little better but good experience

Suitcase left just behind a counter when I arrived. No receipt document provided. No identity check. On the other hand, the shop is very well located near the cathedral.

Friendly and efficient

It was very hard to find as there is no text outside and this was the first time we used the app/storage. Even the neighbouring store did not know they had this storage service at the photo shop. When we found it (-1 one star), everything was perfect.

So easy and everyone at the shop is so nice!

I booked here in the morning and dropped off my bag. It was very easy and the shop owners were very friendly, felt like my belongings were very safe. Would definitely recommend again!
