Social Hostel front desk was super helpful. Showed up with luggage to store and they were great to make the process easy. The hostel has a bathroom, a vending machine for beers and couches to relax all on the first floor at the entrance. My party was able to enjoy Rio without having to lug luggage around. I would highly recommend!

I was just a little unsure about the location. But I had no problems.

The store is not easy to find in the marina. The service provided by the employees was terrible, some of them didn't even know the service existed.

Great service! Quick and easy drop off and pick up. Glad that bounce provides locations for travelers to store luggage and be able to sight see while also wait for lodging check-in time.

The girls were very helpful and kind. They kept our items behind the counter where someone was present. Would use again.

The experience was positive, everything was very clear but I was a little suspicious that they left the suitcases so close to the door and it is still a laundry where many people other than the staff come in and have easy access to the suitcases. For everything else, great experience.
