The young man behind the counter was super helpful and friendly. I felt beyond comfortable leaving my luggage there until it was time for our check in. Great location from the cruise port. Will definitely use them again.

No issues here. After I gave him my code it was easy to retrieve my details

Booked online 1 hour before drop off. Close enough to walk from cruise port. Central location to Downtown Tampa. Store associate nice enough to answer questions about area and airport. Would use again!

The only thing I'd say is to have room to roll larger luggage to the back. (Ours went up over the counter.) But it wasn't a big deal. Staff was awesome!

This place is a great help for people arriving from cruises and check-in for their accommodation is at 5pm.

The process was great and the associate was also helpful. The only concern was it closed at 3 pm so we had to be mindful of the time and retrieve our bags before closing. The rate was the same, per bag not per day.

The shop is within walking distance of the cruise terminal and is therefore very easy to reach. Check-in was online and so was payment. It was all very easy to do.
