Store owner was super nice, we had absolutely no problem. Everything was as is should be. Definitely recommend if you store your luggage before going to international bus station in Erdberg

It was very close to where I was staying, the staff were friendly, and it was very easy to drop off and pick up my luggage by just showing the QR code. However, it took me a while to find the location because I was looking for a locker. It would be very convenient if you specified UPS in the app.

The storage was near my apartment. So, it was very useful.

It was not open late. Paid the money but it was mentioned that is only until 5:30pm because they will close. For a fee I expect longer period in a day

Friendly staff

The drop-off is quick and the personnel is kind and ready to help, plus the location is really comfortable (right in front of the CAT train lounge entrance and right by one of the metro entrances): I was able to enjoy my last morning in Wien without having to lug my suitcase around!
