Friendliest staff, love them so much very very fast service since the staff are always watching the lobby near the counter, and they're open until quite late at night; thank you!

The owner of this hotel is very nice! He was happy to accept us on short notice, and when we asked if he could give us hot water, he boiled it in a kettle and put it in a bottle he had with him! We are Japanese, and drinking hard water gives us stomachaches, so this was very helpful! I would like to stay there again! The dog that the hotel keeps is very friendly and the service is excellent! So cute! This is an irresistible service for dog lovers! The location is also 5 minutes to 10 minutes when crowded from Santa Lucia Station, and there are no steep slopes. It was a great place to leave your luggage without having to use a bridge! If you use Santa Lucia Station as your base. I highly recommend it! Thank you very much ♪

A quick walk from the train station, it's located in a cozy little alleyway that doesn't see much foot traffic. I felt it was very safe to leave my luggage there. There's also a cute hotel dog 😊

Very smooth experience. The location is only 5 min walk from the train station. Staff is friendly. Checking in bag took like 5 mins. Highly recommended.

The staff is very friendly, not only he keeps my luggage safely, but also borrows me the charger and let me stay in the hotel lobby when I have an emergency. Definitely will use his service next time when I visit Venice.
