Peking Duck: Peking Duck is a traditional dish from Beijing that has been prepared for hundreds of years. If you’re visiting Beijing, this specialty deserves a spot on your foodie bucket list. Certain ducks are bred specifically for this dish. The preparation of the dish is engineered to ensure that the skin separates from the meat. The final product, a roasted duck with crispy skin and juicy meat. The skin is typically enjoyed first, followed by the meat, served with Chinese pancakes and an assortment of dipping sauces and vegetables.
